Third party insurance
: (1) For the purpose of indemnifying third party for death, dismemberment, injury or loss of property due to vehicle accident, the owner or manager of the vehicle shall indemnify a minimum of fifty lakh rupees for death, dismemberment, injury and a minimum of fifty lakh rupees for loss of property.
